Daco Solutions has been highlighting the Daco PLR430V inspection slitter-rewinder with a three-spindle semi-automatic turret rewind at Labelexpo Europe 2025.

Also on display in Barcelona is the Daco PLD350 semi-automatic turret rewinder for plain label production. 

The PLR430V features Daco Solutions’ patented three spindle semi-automatic turret. With automation in mind, the machine has been equipped with a fully automatic slitting unit. To ensure the highest quality labels are produced, the PLR430V features a BST TubeScan inspection system.

Other options on display also include a large capacity 1,000mm (40”) servo driven unwind with roll lift. An optional accumulator enables replaced labels to be reinspected for 100% inspection.
